1、 Precautions
1 When the machine is working, it is prohibited to enter its operating area.
2 The operator should stand within reach of the emergency stop switch.
3 This machine must be operated by a dedicated person.
4 When the machine malfunctions, please turn off the power.
5 Keep the machine and environment clean.
6 For safety reasons, please turn off the power when installing the mold.
7 Before use, check the oil level of the oil gauge and maintain it at 2/3 or above of the hydraulic oil gauge position.
8 Place the machine on a sturdy ground and level it to make it more stable.
9 Check the direction of the motor, if there is an error in direction, adjust the power supply wiring.
When the machine is in automatic mode, please confirm the accuracy of the input data.
2、 Overview
The dual head automatic hydraulic pipe bending machine is a product independently developed by our company based on the absorption of advanced foreign technology. It is controlled by a microcontroller, driven by hydraulic pressure, and operated in a human-machine dialogue mode. The setting input is simple, and manual and automatic can be selected and automatically converted. The mobile foot switch has two functions: start and emergency stop. High safety, with counting function, small tube diameter can be bent into multiple shapes at once. The whole machine has stable performance and high bending efficiency, making it an ideal equipment in the pipe processing industry.

DParameter Setting Instructions
On the upper right corner of the screen, there is a description and setting range for the selected parameters; When the set parameter is greater than the allowable value, the system replaces it with the maximum allowable value of the parameter. If it is less than the minimum allowable value, it replaces it with the minimum value; When the number of decimal places entered exceeds the allowed number, the system will automatically remove the excess digits without rounding.
EPress the query key on the parameter screen (or in stop mode) to display user help information as shown in the figure;
2Controller operation instructions:
Press the stop button, and the machine will enter the following work interface, in stop mode; Press the run button to start working;

Enter the manual operation screen and press the keys next to the action instructions to perform the corresponding actions. The end of the action is determined by the set parameters, and it will be displayed as "--- in place!!"
b、 Semi automatic mode:
After stepping on the pedal, start working. When in the working state, step on the pedal again to pause the action. If you need to continue working, step on the pedal again and press the stop button to stop working.
A workflow requires two pedals to complete. Once the work starts, take care of it once.
cFully automatic mode:
After stepping on the pedal, start working. When in the working state, step on the pedal again to pause the action. If you need to continue working, step on the pedal again and press the stop button to stop working.

d. Test mode:

Test instructions:The test machine can only be used for idle operation of the machine and cannot be used for processing! Please be cautious! The trial operation only eliminates all foot pedal movements except for the first one, and the rest of the action process is the same as in formal production. After the work starts, it will continue to cycle until the count value equals the set quantity or the installation is manually stopped by pressing a button.
5、 Principle Introduction
1 No load, power on, press the motor start button, the motor works, the indicator light HL lights up, the oil pump works, after oil filtration, it draws oil from the oil tank, and returns to the oil tank through the overflow valve.

6、 Debugging and mold installation
1 Fill the fuel tank to the brim
2 Connect to 380V power supply

4 Different working modes, entering different operations
5 Adjust the overflow valve to ensure the system pressure is appropriate
6 Clamping frame adjustment: After the mold is installed, adjust the clamping frame to clamp the upper mold at the same height as the bending tube wheel
7 Adjustment of pressing die: Move the pressing die back appropriately, with a distance greater than the pulley stroke from the bending wheel die, then manually clamp the pipe in place, and then raise the pressing die to press the bending wheel die tightly.
8 Gear adjustment: Loosen the locking bolt, rotate the gear adjustment handwheel, and adjust to the desired gear, but consider that the rebound should be smaller than the working gear.
9 Overflow valve pressure adjustment: Press any manual button without releasing it, and the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge is the overflow valve pressure. Adjust the handle to adjust the pressure to the desired level.
